Our returns policy reflects our commitment to elegance, efficiency, and your complete satisfaction.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. Please note that all items must be in their original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags attached
- In original packaging with all protective covers
- Free from any stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Signature Edits (due to their exclusive nature and limited availability)
- Sleeveless Knits (intimate apparel category)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Personalized or custom-made garments
Please Note: Wedding Guest Looks and Occasionwear may be returned only if the original garment tags are still attached and the item shows no signs of wear or alteration.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form below and email it to our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day return window.
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your items including:
- All original items in their original condition
- Original packing slip or order confirmation
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method:

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Information
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of receipt):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Exchanges will be shipped within 3-5 business days of approval
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective merchandise.
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), international returns follow the same process with these additional considerations:
- Customs duties and international shipping costs are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- International returns may take additional processing time (2-3 weeks for refund processing)
