All orders are processed with care within 1-2 business days. Each garment is meticulously inspected and prepared to ensure it meets our exacting standards before being dispatched to you.

Global Reach: We proudly serve customers worldwide, excluding certain Asian and remote regions. International orders are subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit and style is essential. While we strive for perfection in every piece, we recognize that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary.

Return Guidelines

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags attached
  • In original packaging with all protective covers
  • Free from any stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For quality assurance and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Signature Edits (due to their exclusive nature and limited availability)
  • Sleeveless Knits (intimate apparel category)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Personalized or custom-made garments

Please Note: Wedding Guest Looks and Occasionwear may be returned only if original garment tags remain attached and the item shows no signs of wear or alteration.

Return Process

1Submit Your Request

Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form and email it to [email protected] within the 15-day return window.

2Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.

3Package and Ship

Securely package your items including:

  • All original items in their original condition
  • Original packing slip or order confirmation
  • Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside

4Ship Your Return

Ship your package to our returns center using a trackable method:

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days):

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Exchanges shipped within 3-5 business days of approval

Refund Method

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective merchandise.

International Returns

International returns follow the same process with these considerations:

  • Customs duties and international shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • International returns may take 2-3 weeks for refund processing
