3. Order and Payment Terms

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Each garment is meticulously inspected to meet our standards before dispatch.

Shipping

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx at $12.95, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian and remote regions. International customers are responsible for local customs duties and taxes.

All payments are processed securely. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage.

Non-returnable items include Signature Edits, Sleeveless Knits, final sale items, and personalized garments. Wedding Guest Looks and Occasionwear may be returned only if original tags are attached and show no signs of wear.

To initiate a return, email [email protected] with the Return & Exchange Request Form within the 15-day window. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of error or defective merchandise.
